These Are Recipes
I collect links to recipes and store them in a text document i keep on my desktop. However, that document is hard to look at, because there's nothing delineating any part of it from another part.
Naturally, I will create more work for myself by fabricating some kind of catalogue system, and force all these disparate links together. Enjoy!

A different Broccoli Cheddar Soup recipe I like.
Pork Chops Italiano
Butternut Squash Soop
- -bnut sqaush
- -celery
- -onion
- -rosemary
- -heavy whipping cream
- -veggie/chicken stock
- roast the veggies in the oven at 450 for 20 mins
- all veggies in a pan, fill the pan to just below the highest veggie level
- boil the veggies in stock for 10 mins
- throw the whole shebang into the blender, blend until smooth
- pour in some whipping cream, as desired for color
- pour back into pot, serve hot

Shakshuka
chicken yassa:
marinade:
- scallions
- thyme
- lime juice
- vinegar
- oil
pepper paste:
- chilis
- bell pepper
- bay leaf
- garlic
- ginger
main recipe-
- burn onions one side, then caramalize
- dijon mustard
- habanero
- bay leef
- half cup water
- grill the chicken, then throw into the pot, season with lime juice
- add pepper paste
- let simmer, serve

Pasta Bake
chicken broccolli fritters:
- chicken
- broc
- mozarel
- parm
- flour
- spices
- eggs
- chop up the broc stems, steam in microwave
- shred the chicken
- cup of mozarel and half cup parm
- toss all together with 2 eggs, 1/4 cup flour, seasoning
- air fry patties for 10 minutes, 5 each side
- serve with sauce

Roasted Tomato Bisque
stuffed chicken breast
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c.frozen spinach, defrosted, drained, and squeezed
- 1/3 c. chopped canned artichoke hearts
- 1 c. shredded mozzarella, divided
- Pinch crushed red pepper flakes
- 4 strips bacon, cut into 4 strips
- 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
cheesy butternut squash and bacon
- 2 lb. butternut squash, peeled and cut into 1"
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. chopped thyme
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 lb. bacon, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan
Chicken Parmigiana
Red Lentil Curry
- 50g of lentils per person
- half a shallot per person
- 1/2 a clove of garlic per person
- a bitta turmeric the size of your pinky from tip to first knuckle per person
- soak split red lentils before you get started on the curry oaste
- use immersion blender to mix up shallots, garlic, fresh turmeric (or ginger to substitute)
- toast up indian spice mix of your preference (tandoori masala goes hard here)
- sizzle up paste
- drain lentils
- add lentils to pot
- stir and add water occasionally to get the pleasant smooth texture
- cook until lentils have a pleasant give to them (iunno dawg I just eyeball it sorry)
